FlexFit Care is actively looking for a motivated, skilled, and passionate Physiotherapist & Health Coach to join our growing digital wellness platform. This is a contractual role with commission-based compensation, perfect for professionals seeking flexibility, autonomy, and growth in a tech-forward healthcare environment.

🌱 High performers will be considered for a full-time role with a fixed salary and an increased commission structure.
 

• Conduct virtual or in-person assessments to evaluate client needs and goals.
   
• Develop tailored rehabilitation and wellness plans based on clinical evaluations.
   
• Guide clients through injury recovery, posture correction, and performance training.
   
• Maintain detailed documentation of diagnosis, treatment, and client progress.
   
• Educate clients on long-term wellness strategies and preventive care.
   
• Convert leads into paying clients — performance and earnings are based on client engagement and retention.
   
• Collaborate with our expert team to ensure holistic, integrated care.
   

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy or a related field.
   
• Experience with TeleRehab, MedTech, or online wellness platforms is highly desirable.
   
• Additional certifications in health coaching, fitness, or rehabilitation are a plus.
   
• Proficiency in digital tools: Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Google Meet, etc.
   
• Strong communication skills and a tech-savvy mindset.
   
• Self-motivated, client-centric, and passionate about health and movement.
   

To maintain a professional virtual setup, candidates must have:

• A laptop or desktop with a working camera and mic
   
• A stable internet connection
   
• A quiet, well-lit environment for client sessions
   
• Availability for client consultations as per mutually agreed slots
   
• A proactive attitude and timely responsiveness
   

• Commission-Based Pay: Based on sessions completed, client conversion, and quality of service.
   
• No fixed salary initially — earnings are directly linked to your performance.
   

• Promotion to a full-time role with a fixed salary for consistent high performers.
   
• Higher commission rates as you grow with us.
